Description wina Solaris White Rocks
A semi-dry wine of delicate straw color with a tropical-citrus bouquet. Residual sugar perfectly balanced with crisp acidity. A pleasant, elegant finish.
A wine from the Solaris varietal. The fruit was harvested in the second half of September 2021. The fruit went into an air press, and the pressed must was fermented at 12-15 OC. Several tanks were inoculated with different yeasts to achieve flavor and aroma diversity. The wine was then racked off the lees and clustered, matured for several months to be stabilized, filtered and bottled in April 2022
