Dry white wine with a delicate straw color. Perceptible aroma of peach and green apple. Refreshing acidity balanced with delicate sweetness. Pleasant, long, fruity finish.
Wine from the Seyval Blanc varietal. Fruits harvested in the first half of October 2021. The squeezed juice went into a stainless steel tank, where it was fermented at 12-14 OC, which took about 3 weeks. The wine was then racked off the lees and aged for another few months, to be stabilized, filtered and bottled in turn.
