Full Fat Red is an Australian red wine consisting of as many as 6 grape varietals: Touriga National, Shiraz, Montepulciano, Nebbiolo, Barbera and Monastrell. It owes its interesting structure to maturation in French oak barrels for 17 months before bottling. In the nose the pungent and intricate aroma of earth, cherries, berries and spices piercing through. On the palate, one can feel fine tannins, with a sharp and refreshing finish. A very good wine indeed.
