Our “7 Terroirs” comes 100% from our 7 VDPs. Spontaneously fermented Riesling cannot disavow its style. It captivates with smoky mineral notes and deep herbal aromas. The complexity of this wine convinces from the first sip and is unparalleled. An ideal accompaniment to white coated, fried or grilled fish. But this cuvée from our 7 vineyards also cuts a great figure with sushi or a plate of salads. On the palate, it presents itself with aromas reminiscent of citrus and stone fruits. It also delights with concentrated power combined with danceable lightness.
