Description wina White Rocks Pinot Noir
This is a young wine from young vines. The fruitiness is pronounced in it, and the other aromas are rather delicate. However, if left in the glass for a longer period of time it evolves nicely – nuances of spices and delicate smoky notes appear, which suggests that this wine will mature beautifully over time.
It smells of raspberries and currants, some cherries and a hint of blackberries. It gently brings to mind licorice and vanilla.
It tastes more of cherry (stone cherry), but also of raspberry and blackberry. It also has a faint, delicate nuance of vanilla. It is very fresh and fruity, but does not lack a fleshy balance. The acidity is pleasantly pronounced. Tannicity very delicate.
This is exactly the kind of pinot that seems to go best in Poland. Light, fresh and delicate with very clearly defined fruitiness.
Pinot 2021 tastes good solo, but at this time of year some people are sure to appreciate it more when accompanied by good food. It will be great for tender, fatty goose; from roasted to dumplings. It will also go well with some duck dishes. It will also be pleasant with light pates and fatty cheeses that are not too aromatically intense. It will also find a good place on the Christmas table at the carp. It also goes well with some dishes with mushrooms, such as a crispy tart with chanterelles.
