Description wina Welschriesling Bauer bio
The late-ripening Welschriesling is famous for its quality mainly in northern Italy, Hungary and Austria. This wine is characterized by a straw transparent color with crisp notes of field flowers, apple and lime in the aroma and an interesting texture. The flavor is wild gooseberry, grapefruit, lime and pulpwood. Great for delicate spring cuisine, with a subtle fruity touch and a noticeable refreshing acidity. In Austria, it is drunk with the addition of soda water, as the popular G’spritzer.
Perfect for schnitzel Viennese and fruit salads.
