With less acidity and a creamier texture than our dry Rieslings, GHB’s dry Weisser Burgunder / Pinot Blanc has a lightness of touch that sets it apart from most German, French and Italian white wines from this varietal. There are aromas of red apples, tropical fruits and fresh nuts. The finish is slightly soft. Perfect with white asparagus prepared the German way or with fresh spring vegetables. Also good with all kinds of pasta dishes, with Parma ham and similar hams.
