Description wina Von Winning Imperiale Chardonnay
The Chardonnay Imperiale from Winning Vineyard was only two-thirds in wooden barrels and one-third in steel tanks. Aging in wooden barrels took place in used and partially new barrique barrels. The Winning Vineyard Chardonnay Imperiale has complex aromas and an outstanding stature. The fruit is well integrated into the wood. It doesn’t jump right in your face – just elegantly reserved. Chardonnay from the Palatinate only reveals its full potential with age. It needs a lot of air. Decanting is not a bad choice here.
