Description wina Trentenare Paestum Fiano
Trentenare is a white wine from the Fiano di Paestum varietal of the San Salvatore winery 1988. Vinified from grapes sourced from the vicinity of the Paestum temple. Subjected to gentle pressing and fermentation in steel vats, it results in a fresh wine with remarkable structure. The soils on which Fiano grapes are grown are clay-limestone and a vine system is used that looks like a row where branches are pruned. The harvesting process is done by hand into small plastic boxes, the grapes are de-stalked and pressed at 4 ° C and macerated for 6 hours. After this entire production process, Trentenare San Salvatore is aged in steel vats for 8 months. In the mouth floral, we will feel notes of pineapple, peach and apricot.
