Description wina San Marciel Reserva
The grapes for this wine, come from 25-year-old vines of Tempranillo, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties. The wine was aged 16 months in barrels, followed by another 24 months in bottles. As a result of such a long aging process, it acquired a deep cherry color and an incredibly intense, saturated flavor. In the aromas, black fruits stand out clearly. On the palate extractive, fleshy, eminently fruity. A touch of luxury and a whole lot of flavor and length. It tastes good with meats like beef, lamb, game. Tempranillo (90%), Merlot (5%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (5%)
