Description wina Roca del Crit
Roca del Crit is a secret place known only to the employees of El Bulli (a restaurant recognized 5 times as the best in the world) where they could always go to release pressure and relieve the stress of working at top speed. The wine was made on granite rocks where the grenache was grown, while the old 80-year-old Carignan vines are grown on shale bedrock. Maturation process is 6 months in steel tanks
and 10 months in medium aged Burgundy barrels. Aromas of cherries, blackberries, violets, licorice, coffee beans and rosemary will perfectly complement the flavors of mushroom dishes and dark meats.
