Description wina Radica Pecorino IGT
Although the name is more associated with a species of well-known Italian cheese, I am referring to the wine strain as well as the resulting white wine. An impressive majority, as much as 70% of Pecorino production goes to the Japanese market, as it is a suitable wine for sushi as well as seafood. What is the Pecorino? Certainly unique. Crystalline, with a light straw color shining with green reflections. On the other hand, in the nose it is intense, opening with aromas of ripe fruits: melon ,,cantaloupe”, pear “conference”, renkloda but also sage, cherry blossoms
