The wine is based on 98% Garnacha tinta grape with the addition of Monastrel. It was matured for 6 months in concrete tanks with regular batonage. It smells of dark plums, berries, blueberries and menthol and thyme in the background. It has fine tannin and is very juicy. Excellent with warm tapas like Patatas Bravas and young lamb.
