Description wina Le Monde Ribolla Gialla IGT
Ribolla Gialla is a fairly little-known grape variety. It’s a local strain of the Italian region of Friuli that has been known since the 12th century, but for some time it fell into oblivion. Today, thanks to the use of modern production methods, it is starting to become popular again.
And rightly so, as it is a varietal that gives birth to original wines of incredible drinkability. In the glass it shimmers with a light straw color. The bouquet is distinctive, intensely floral with a delicate green note. Pleasantly fruity in the mouth, intense on the palate thanks to rich mineral notes. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with soups, Italian cheeses and white meats.
