Description
La Tordera Saomi Prosecco Brut DOC is an Italian dry white sparkling wine from the Veneto region, from the Prosecco Treviso DOC appellation. La Tordera winery, was established in the heart of the Valdobbiadene region, on the slopes of the Cartizze hill. The wine is made from 100% Glera varietal.
The wine has a rich bouquet of flowers and fruits, with notes of unripe pear and green apple, pineapple, acacia flowers or grapefruit. Perfectly chilled (6-8 degrees C) it will go well with asparagus dishes, fried seafood, or just as a simple aperitif.
