Description wina Ikigall
A wine created predominantly from the Xarello grape, the most commonly used for making Cava, with the addition of Malvasia and Muscat of Alexandria grapes. The Xarello clusters were planted in the early ’70s. During the production process, the wine was aged 4 months on yeast in steel tanks. In the nose we can smell yellow peaches, tangerines and orange blossom. Ideal with light snacks and and salads.
