Description

The wine is vinified by combining grapes from the regular harvest and a smaller portion of selective harvests affected by noble mold to create a special wine. The wine has a greenish-yellow color with golden highlights. The fragrance is distinct, with a fruity character dominated by apple and apricot. The taste is full, creamy, complex with a nice balance of alcohol, sweetness and almond bitterness in the aftertaste. Wine awarded a silver medal at the prestigious Decanter Competition (DWWA) 2018 in London.
