The nose is generously fruity with aromas of black cherries, ripe strawberries and raspberries, gently oozing with a light touch of vanilla. In the mouth, an explosion of fruit flavors conquered by menthol and vanilla. Pleasant integrated finish and balanced acidity. Very approachable and easily drinkable. It’s hard to stop at just one glass. It tastes most delicious with grilled meat, white meat with cream-based sauces and hard cheeses.
