Anticaia Negroamaro Salento IGP San Donaci

39,20 PLN

A wine with an Italian soul, obtained from the grapes of Puglia’s most important varietal, Negroamaro. Like any typical Italian, this wine is full of expression and expressiveness. The fruit of this variety yields wines of intense dark color, full of aromas and fairly high alcohol levels. It was matured in stainless steel vats, so it retained its fruity character. The bouquet is dominated by notes of wild forest fruits, blackberries and cherries with balsamic nuances of Mediterranean vegetation. In the mouth, harmonious, balsamic, full-bodied, persistent, with distinct flavors of red currants, blackberries and ripe cherries. Pleasant finish with sweet tannins. It is because of these tannins that it is versatile at the table and can be combined with many dishes. It goes well with cured meats, cheeses, white and red meat, pasta dishes and even French fries. An ideal dish for this wine would be tagliatelle in a creamy cheese sauce.
