If we hear the word wine the first thing that comes to mind is: Italian and French wines. And have you heard of German wines? Mosel Riesling is a dry white wine produced in the Mosel region. Its main ingredient is a white grape variety that comes from the Rhine Valley in Germany. Riesling is an aromatic species with a floral, almost perfumed bouquet and high acidity. It is particularly used for dry, semi-sweet and sparkling wines. Wine Mosel Riesling has three general characteristics: it is rarely blended with other types of wine, it is not exposed to yeast and it is not exposed to oak aromas.

Mosel Riesling with its taste, it stands out among the competition. A distinct note of fresh green apples makes it ideal for a romantic evening by candlelight. It is good on its own, but you can compose it with different dishes. It will be ideal for pasta, fish and cheese. Great with light seafood. Mosel Riesling it goes very well with rice dishes. Mosel Riesling originated in Germany, and rieslings are in vogue. In our western neighbors, there is talk of his generation. In Poland Mosel Riesling is still not very popular, but we hope this will change. It is ideal for formal dinners and especially for gifts.
