This is a true Mercedes S-Class in our range. To make this first-class wine, the fruit is harvested by hand from 100-year-old vines. It is aged for 18 months in French, Hungarian and American oak barrels before being bottled. The result is a wine with an intense cherry color and no less intense flavor. So there is a depth of ripe fruit, intriguing minerality, barrel notes with chocolate and toffee and on top of all this a great structure. Sophisticated, intense mouthfeel, powerful flavor and a great, long finish. This is something you have to try. Best with roasted vegetables, corn dishes, grilled meat or Mexican food.
