La Tordera Prosecco 0.2
This light and pleasantly fruity sparkling wine resembles with its aromas the oldest version of Prosecco wine, or “sur lie”. The grapes are carefully hand-picked in the vineyards surrounding our winery. The yield is deliberately reduced to produce fewer clusters, which can thus achieve ideal maturation. The grapes take on a straw yellow, almost amber color, and the grapes are sweet with a honey aftertaste.
