Made from the best lots of the Syrah and Monastrell varietal. Half of the grapes come from wineries in the southeastern Barossa region, while the other comes from the western Eden Valley region. It is a combination of old and new, modern and classic. A wine with full cherry flavor, gently spicy. The wine is ideal for grilled foods as well as for dishes cooked over low heat. Many consider it more than just wine.
