Description

A dry white wine from the south of Italy. It boasts its own strongly fruity character. In the glass a light straw color with green reflections. The nose has a persistent fruity aroma with hints of exotic fruits, apples, citrus, green vegetables. A pleasant bouquet closes with a delicate floral fragrance. In the mouth, refreshing and elegant. On the finish pleasantly rounded, quite long feeling juicy fruits. A nice thirst quencher. Ideal for drinking solo, but also very versatile as a companion to various dishes. Excellent with soft cheeses, seafood, fish-based dishes and vegetables. It also goes well with spring and summer salads and pasta with not too heavy sauces.
