The Weingut von Winning winery is one of the oldest and most renowned vineyards established in Germany. The white wine uses light-skinned, aromatic Riesling grapes, which are characterized by a floral aromatic bouquet and high balancing acidity. Very ripe fruit growing in vineyards on limestone-less soils, where red sandstone and limestone blend perfectly, was used to make the wine. The grapes are vinified in large barrels made of 50% oak and 50% stainless steel.

Von Winning’s Riesling wine has noticeable aromatic notes of juicy citrus, lime and grapefruit, while in the background there is a unique aroma of honey, as well as sweet acacia flowers.
