The nose is dominated by aromas of notes of candied fruits – especially apricots – and honey. In the second nose there are aromas of blooming flowers. A harmonious and balanced wine, where acidity with sweetness perfectly complement each other. Recommended for all fish in sauces, mussels and clams.
