In Alsace, based on this grape, white wines are created, crisp, elegant and very aromatic, which bring to mind cinnamon, acacia, lemon. They accompany seafood wonderfully. Like the Gewurztraminer strain, it also allows the production of late harvest wines. Originating from Alsace, Riesling is distinguished by the unique and intense flavor typical of its terroir. Wine can mature in bottles for up to several decades. Riesling “Vendanges Tardives” and “Sélections de Grains Nobles” are wines that are very elegant, delicately sweet and perfectly harmonious.
