This wine is a tribute to David’s Place of Origin. The parcel is located in the Mino River Valley in the Ribeiro region. The grapes were harvested from 30-year-old Treixadura , Albarino, Godello and Loureiro vines that is the most typical of this part of Galicia. During the maturation process, the wine spent 6-8 months in steel tanks on yeast, which introduced notes of fresh bread that could be felt in the background just behind the aromas of lemons, peaches, green apple, chamomile and jasmine.
