Like any decent Carmenere, it attracts attention with its intensity. In the glass, a deep plum color with a flash of blue. Aromas are surprisingly complex, combining ripe black and red fruits. In the nose, a distinctive note of jam and preserve comes to the fore, varied by a vanilla note underpinned by oak. In the mouth, a veritable festival of fruit. Ripe berries, blackberries, forest fruits, a hint of cherries and plums appear. Balanced acidity with an intense, long finish gives a very pleasant taste experience. A graceful wine at a very good price. An indispensable companion for meats. To bring out the depth of flavor, it is a good idea to season the meat with herbs: rosemary, oregano, thyme, dill, black and red bell pepper, saffron, paprika, cumin, garlic and aniseed (of course, not all at the same time!).
