A pink strawberry cocktail, with a strong taste of fresh fruit and herbal notes. The delightful color was achieved by 8-hour maceration with the skins. On the nose, it generously bestows aromas of candied fruit, which balance the acidity that comes from the unique indigenous strain “Sumoll” (meaning sour strawberry). Everything is kept in balance thanks to the juicy Tempranillo. On the palate it is pleasant, with a spicy finish and notes of anise. Full-bodied, yet crisp and delicate, for a meal and for pleasure. On hot days it cools with the force of a waterfall, cold evenings it adds color. Recommended for all kinds of light dishes, snacks, pasta and soft cheeses.
