A variation on the elegance of bubbles. Light straw-yellow color with greenish tones. Delicate but surprisingly long-lasting bubbles. A subtle fragrance reminiscent of acacia flowers. Excellent as an aperitif, it also goes perfectly with seafood and white fish, including herring, but also with desserts. According to the Italians, the ideal combination is prosecco served with prosciutto Parma ham and melon. It can also be made into Italy’s trendiest cocktail – the aperol spritz.
