The pleasant fruity flavor with a mineral freshness is the result of gentle pressing and fermentation. In color it is almost paper white with greenish highlights. Noteworthy is the bottle itself – full of class and richness. It hides a unique variety of grape that grows in the Bolgheri area along with flowers and spices. Vermentino production is limited and dependent on the amount of fruit.

Gourmets of fish, seafood, shellfish will taste Vermentino with relish. It goes well with pasta, rissoto, sushi and also white meat.
